To help students prepare for the arrival of the Québécois, we’ve started listening to some fun CBC podcasts. One of the three words we’ve been discussing in class so far is “vent”.

Who has tried making these at home so far? Patisserie Bordeaux’s vol-au-vent are much tastier than these, of course. The white sauce you see on the picture is a béchamel and I’ve added peas and tuna to it. It’s delicious! 🙂
